Where is download for Q Classic Premier
- Moving from Win10 desktop to Win11 laptop. Early on, installed Q on laptop but did not move data.
- Now I am ready to switch over, so prepped for moving data. I updated new Q, but noticed the Investments tab was missing, so it was not Prremier version. Did an uninstall to do it over.
- Went to Q and in My Account the subscriptions show Q Classic Premier, but in the downloads section only shows Q Classic,
- I thought maybe I had to install it and then upgrade it, so I downloaded again, but the install had an error with the progress thermometer about half way — it said to try again. Same thing again.
Is Premier activated when I log in and my account is chrecked? If so, why didn't it happen at first?
Any ideas why the install is erroring out at the halfway mark?
Phone lines are closed for the weekend. Any ideas?

There's only one version of the software, features are unlocked based on your subscription level. It should have recognized you have a Premier subscription when you logged the Quicken app into your Quicken account, but it's possible you would need to restart the software after logging in for it to fully take effect.

The prev. notes were from what I did yesterday. Today I tried the download again and was able to get thru the install successfully. When I logged in I was sure to use my online E-Mail/PSW (the last time I may have used the very old User-Id/PSW that I also use to access the file. This the About display showed Premier.
However, when I tried to open the file I had transferred, it showed everything empty and ask to create an account. I thought it might have been because I transferred the whole Quicken directory using a special USB-to-USB cable that allows control of two computers from one KB/mouse. When I tried to open the QDF file, it showed files with my first name added — I finally realized that some how they had ended up in MS OneDrive (which I have never used). When I managed to force it to use the local drive, the laptop froze with a black screen — I could not even get TskMgr to run.
After I rebooterd and tried again, it started by going to OneDrive again, but when I did an Open File, it was, finally, successful.
So far, it looks like everything is there.
