Version R66.18 Lost all Current and Prior Budgets

I upgraded today to version R66.18, build 27.166.18 and all budget information is gone. The system now has no record of any current or prior budgets. I am running this on Windows 11 Home.
Any ideas on a solution?

Hopefully you have a recent backup to try restoring. That would be the first thing I would do.

Thank you for that suggestion. Luckily I did have a backup from earlier this month. My prior budget settings are now back.
While it was an unpleasant hour having to reauthorize and deactivate / reactivate accounts, I think I am back in good shape.
It makes me curious about the quality assurance done of these releases.
