Quicken Classic Deluxe Sluggish

I am running Windows 11 Desktop Quicken Classic Deluxe Build 27.166.23, R66.23.

Checked - it is the latest update.

Checked - Windows 11 is the latest update.

Disc is defragged weekly, everything else up to date.

It takes forever to open, it runs very, very slowly.

Anything else to check?
