Quicken Deluxe takes about 60 seconds to load

Quicken Deluxe takes about 60 seconds to load. I have performed a validate and super validate which hasn't helped
Version R66-28

The first troubleshooting step is to restore a backup from before you started experiencing the issue.

Also, confirm that the Quicken datafile is not on a OneDrive folder or anyother file syncing service.

I have had the same problem, which I believe started Saturday or Sunday morning. It takes about 30 seconds to load. However, I have a fix for my issue but it will be annoying to do this every time. I subscribe to a VPN service but don't use it all the time. However, I found that if I launch Quicken with a VPN connection (instead of using my regular internet provider—Sparklight and my static IP), the file opens fine (it launches in about 5 seconds). Does anyone have a clue as to why this is happening?
