Cash Balance Errors
Yesterday was an interesting day with my Fidelity accounts.
- I took my RMD and withheld taxes. Sent the balance to sweep account at Brokerage account.
- Got several dividends.
- Bought a new stock.
I have a cash balance sweep - SPAXX and a Premium Class cash account. Today everything is just right except The SPAXX is too high by exactly the amount the Premium Class is low when Quicken is compared to Fidelity online.
I believe confidently that Fidelity is correct.
How can that happen?
How can I correct it?
Thanks.

OK, more info. The differences is exactly one transaction: the "dividend" really interest on the Premium Cash Account in Quicken increased the sweep account, not the Premium Account. This is the only error.
It appears in transaction view that this is listed as Dividend Income as opposed to Reinvest Dividend. I tend to think that change might make it right, so I shall make a backup and try that.
So question continues, assuming that is correct, why did that come in incorrectly and would there be a better/easier fix?
Off to try…

That fixed it. Quicken now matches Fidelity.
Is this a Quicken Bug? Does Fidelity send this transaction data incorrectly?
