Fidelity Investment accounts not downloading transactions
I am a long time user of Quicken and have successfully worked through most of the download problems encountered over the years. However, since 4/8/2026, the Fidelity update appears to work (i.e., no error messages) but no transactions download. I contacted customer support and was informed this is a known issue. A ticket was created. I performed the following instructions from support: (1) backed up Quicken file; (2) Deactivated all Fidelity accounts; (3) Validated the Quicken file (no errors); (4) closed Quicken and reopened it; (5) Reconnected all my Fidelity files. Unfortunately, this did not fix the problem. Any other ideas would be appreciated? Also is anyone else having this problem?
