All my bill reminders disappeared and I can't re submit them

Bill reminders disappeared from my data. When I try to reenter them they don't display

I have a few questions to help better understand the issue:
- Do you see any error code or message after you re-enter the biller?
- Have you tried restoring a backup from a date prior to when the issue started?
- Is your Quicken file being backed up or synced by any third-party services like Carbonite, OneDrive, or Backblaze?
- Where is your Quicken data file located? To check, please open Quicken and go to File. At the bottom of the menu, just above the Exit button, the file with the checkmark next to it is the one currently open. Please provide the full file path shown there.
