American Express High Yield Savings Account [Edited]

I am running Windows 11 and Quicken Premier R67.7. I have an American Express credit card, and one-step update works fine for this.

I have opened an American Express high-yield savings account, but when I go to set this account up for a one-step update, Quicken only sees my credit card account to set up. How can I set up a one-step update for this savings account? They both have the same login and password but different account numbers.

Thank you,

CCPJR

    Hello @ccpjr,

Thank you for posing this question.

This is an issue many users run into, and it can usually be resolved by adding the account using the American Express - Delegate instance in Quicken.
