One Step Update Changes?

There used to be a link at the top of the page to start One Step Update. This allowed me to choose accounts to download; I usually opted to update all accounts in, well, one step. Now I have to select each account, click on the drop-down tools link, choose "Update Now". Nah, this is multi-step update! How can I get the original update options back? This is a real nuisance.

@lmnowik you are welcome, but you are absolutely correct. That little caret is tricky. Users have inadvertently clicked on it without realizing it. I did find though that if the caret is down, the "Show Tabs" also becomes unchecked. (I provided a screen shot so other users here can see what we are talking about.)

@lmnowik there are several places where the OSU icon shows up on Quicken. The two most common are the in the Toolbar and in the Tabs Row. If you use the Toolbar, then right click on it and choose "Customize Toolbar" and add the OSU icon. It also could be that you are no longer showing Tabs. If that is the case, then the OSU icon would have disappeared also. To get the Tab row back, go to View and the select "Show tabs".

@lmnowik also, without the OSU icon, you can always update all accounts by going to Tools and then clicking on "One Step Update".

@Sceptic - thank you! Neither of these were the issue, but it did get me looking more closely. At the very top of the screen, far right is the "X" to close, then next to the left is max/min, then minimize. Next to the left I saw a down arrow. When I clicked on that it changed to an up arrow and my display magically transformed back to normal! OSU is back! Thanks again for pointing me in the right direction!
