The majority of financial institutions that support Quicken do not support Web Connect - less than 40% do. It's more popular than Direct Connect but much less popular than EWC/EWC+.1 -

Fidelity no longer supports Direct Connect. If your Fidelity accounts are still set up for that, you'll have to switch them over to using Quicken Connect. I haven't been having any problems…1
