I have deactivated on my spouses computer and can’t reactivate. My computer I haven’t deactivated. Both getting CC-502 error. I still have to take time to call support.1 -

@derekpc there is a work around by modifying the OFX file and it works. Look back on November 29 under Joe Roksewicz. It’s a pain but it works.1 -
