Well, your Onedrive/Documents folder is also on the local drive. So just stating that "My datafile is on my local drive." doesn't mean anything. Make sure your data file is not in a On…-1 -

It sounds like your Quicken installation is corrupt. I'd unistall the Quicken program and re-install from scratch.-1
