Yes. You just can't have the program access the data file on the "cloud" server. You will have to download it to your local drive first.1 -

I don't have any of those issues so it's not a Quicken issue. I would suggest you troubleshoot your data file for errors and data corruption. For help with this, contact Quicken Support.1
