I am seeing the same behavior as @Bob@45 and @MintUserNew are reporting. Actual transactions only seem to download after a statement closes. Otherwise a useless Balance transaction is downloaded.1 -

What I am experiencing is that Target requests a code each time I want to download transactions. This behavior is the same as how Venmo acts for me. It is a feature!2 -

Try again in a couple of days. It is impossible to access the Target card online at all currently.1 -

My transfers are monthly so the next possible opportunity to capture the event is beginning of March. Even then it depends on the timing of the Vanguard download. Which by the way may not happen beca…1
