The bad code that caused the issue released in 2022, but the corrupted paycheck entries were sometimes years earlier. Have you checked paycheck entries during the problem time periods for your report?1 -

What is the store name? Aren’t there two settings for payee renaming rules? One which searches the combined payee and memo? Check to see if you have a renaming rule for Exxon. If so, delete it.1 -
