Check your backup folder. Quicken creates a special backup before applying a new patch version. The date/time of that special backup will indicate when your install was patched.1 -

Quicken forces a cloud sync when you restore a backup. To avoid that, copy the backup file to a new name, remove -backup from the file extension, and OPEN the file instead of restoring.1
