What is the store name? Aren’t there two settings for payee renaming rules? One which searches the combined payee and memo? Check to see if you have a renaming rule for Exxon. If so, delete it.1 -

I believe the prompt to run a reconciliation report is only for checking accounts, not for credit card accounts.1
