I am having the same problem wit Windows R45.21 - OSU hangs. Super-validation and a restart did not help. IMHO the programmers need to concentrate more on stability, not new features.2 -

Check your Tools-> Account List and see if each account is really getting updated when you think it is. Sometimes it helps to update accounts individually rather than as part of a big OSU for all …1 -
