What page changed? Are you in a account register? Is the register out of order? You can sort by most of the columns in the register by just clicking the column heading.1 -

That is the right default place. But you should also back up to a usb drive or dvd or external location or a cloud backup, etc. Because if your computer crashes you will lose the backup too.2 -

Re: why can't I remove or at least hide old transfer categories?
If you can rename them put a Z at the beginning of the name so they sort to the bottom of the pop up list.2
