Try this:
Choose the Tools menu > OnlineCenter.
Hold down CTRL+SHIFT on yourkeyboard and click Contact Info (at the top of the window) with your mouse.
In the dialog box that isdisplayed, select the problem account from the drop down menu.
With the account selected, checkthe box for Financial InstitutionBranding and Profile and click on the Refreshbutton.

Wanted to report that I was having the same issue since VOYA updated their login process including our passwords and found the solution on another thread. for some odd reason, had to do with capital letters.
used to able to login before as username@Company (only capital was first letter of company)
now for it to work, had to change the login to USERNAME@Company
