Voya 401(k) One Step Update No Longer Working
I am using Quicken 2016 Rental Property Manager Release R10 (18.104.22.168). I have a Voya 401(k) through my company, Vencore. Voya has recently changed its log in methodology, resulting in the Voya Login ID and PIN no longer working for One Step Update. I have input the new username and password in the Login ID and PIN fields to no avail. I have tried other variations using [email protected], [email protected], etc., all to no avail. Therefore, I request either new instructions for setting up Voya accounts, or I request a Quicken update that ensures that the One Step Update for Voya 401(k) accounts works with the new Voya account access methodology.
