Quicken 14 for Windows - How do I setup an ESPP in Quicken?
I want to track my price (15% off), shares purchase, and Current Market Value.
Also, would I be able to download the transactions from my broker MS.

Create a brokerage account. Then use the Buy ESPP transaction type to start the ESPP wizard.
You should use the wizard to create the ESPP Buy and ESPP Sell transactions. Then, if possible, you can download the transactions from your broker and Match them to your already entered transactions.
