Why aren't my Edward Jones accounts updating correctly in Quicken. How can I fix this?

I have four accounts with Edward Jones between my spouse and myself, but after recently updating transactions, some of the accounts are considerably off.  Two have nearly twice the amount they should in Quicken.  One is at 1/10 of what it should be.

    I'm sorry you are having trouble with your Edward Jones accounts. To help us provide you with the most appropriate answer, please let us know which Quicken product (QWin or QMac), what version (2015, 2016, etc.) and what release you have installed. Also, let us know whether you using the US version of Quicken or Quicken Canada.

    Thanks for your reply Dave.  I'm using Quicken Deluxe 2015, US version on Windows 10.

    Check to see if you are receiving double transactions for the account that is twice what it should be. I know I have to delete double entries every time I update my RBC Wealth Management accounts.
