Added a Wells Fargo 529 Acct however no transactions will download

Hi,  I recently added a 529 brokerage Acct to Quicken, however, the transactions from Wells Fargo will not download into Quicken?  I don't get any errors from Quicken when I try to update transactions.  I have checked with Wells Fargo and they confirmed the Account is available for Quicken downloads.

Any recommendations?
