How to enter Rovi/Tivo Merger involving Cash & Stock

I had 244 shares of TIVO, those turned into 94 shares, fractional share of .01320@21.47=.28 cash for fraction, in addition $2.75 per share (244) was paid in cash for $671.  How do I account for this in QuickeN?
