schwab stopped proper downloading March 16, 2016

Quicken 2016, Windows 10. I download daily from 4 institutions. There are no error messages after the download update. Other institutions work fine. There are the usual red flags next to the Schwab accounts after update. But when I go to accept transactions the field is blank. I know there have been transactions since that day (checked on line).
