Problem converting existing investment account details to "Show cash in a checking account"

(Ref. Quicken 2017 H&B, Ver R6)  I changed my existing investment account details to: "Show cash in a checking account." In the new "cash" account, the automatically entered old investment transactions are marked with "Uncleared" (Explanation: "Entered manually on xx/xx/xxxx. Not yet matched to a downloaded transaction").   I cannot clear or reconcile them. Quicken tells me to C/R them from the investment account.  However, they are correctly marked at "Reconciled" in the investment account.   How do I change their status to reconciled in the "cash" investment account?

Use the account reconcile rather than individual transaction reconcile.
