(ETP) merged with Sunoco Logistics Partners. Themerged entity retained the name “Energy Transfer Partners” and trades on theNew York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "ETP". Under theterms of the merger, unit holders of each ETP common unit got the right toreceive 1.5 Sunoco Logistics common units. Had 131 shares of "old" ETP at total value of $4,716.51 and received 197 shares of "new" ETP worth $4,613.74
