Only Fidelity Investments downloads are not working - all other downloads from other institutions are working fine. Getting same error msg each time: OL-220-A. Have tried deactivating and reactivating.

And I downloaded from Fidelity Investments into QW2017 R6 just now ... without a problem.

Look at your logs, they might give you a better hint as to the problem. I had an OL222 and it was because I'd setup an account as "401k" in quicken, but fidelity considered it a brokerage account

    Hi Mike,

That was the trick, the account set-up. Once I changed it download worked. Appreciate your help.

Didn't fix my problem my fidelity 401k has a mutual fund which has the correct balance but it also has a mysteriousl cash account with a negative number that keeps growing with every deposit This is only on the quicken account not when I log into Fidelity I called Fidelity and they referred me to quicken I sat on chat for over an hour but no one answered durring business hours Anyone have any idea what I should do next to make this cash category go away?
