How do I handle a call option in Quicken Deluxe [edited]

I need to enter a transaction for a call option. I don't see an option to do this from the drop down list. Can you suggest please

Do it just like you would a stock except use the option symbol and for the quantity use (# of contracts * multiplier). The multiplier for equities in 100. It will be different if you're using futures for example. So for example, if you Buy To Open 1 contract of AAPL call at $5 then you would enter 100 for the quantity and $5 for the price.
Couple of pieces of advice. If you're doing a lot of options trading your securities list can fill up quickly so use a naming convention for your options that allows you to quickly find them and then hide them after they have expired.
