QWin 2017 Deluxe: How do you open a 403B with an opening balance ?

When opening a new account as a 403B on Quicken Deluxe 2017, I cannot enter an opening balance. I do not have the breakdown of the stocks or bonds that are included.

Can't you just enter it as a cash balance?

When you set this up (if you set it up manually), it will ask you "Does the statement list how many shares of each security you own"? If you answer no, it will still ask you to enter the securities. Just click past that and Quicken will still create the account for you.

In the account register just created, enter an entry on the first line of the register as STARTING BALANCE and enter the amount.
