investment Portfolio Does not show Cash value under Cash.

the investment portfolio does not show the value of Cash balance under "Cash"
only under "Others"
Tech support was unable to find the cause.

The Investment Portfolio View shows a Cash Balance per account only if

the view is set to Group by: Account
AND
the view is customized to include the fake security named "No Security (includes Cash)" ---> see Customize button, Securities tab.

If that does not answer your question, please provide more details and examples.
