What Q product?  What product year?  What product release/build?  What country? What operating system?

What do you currently hold Linde or LNAGF?  What's the merger date?

Have you read Q's HELP about mergers of securities?

You're going to have to tell us a WHOLE lot more than that.

Use complete sentences and proper punctuation.  We're not mind readers, and we don't know the specifics of the issue AND it's not our responsibility to research this issue.

It's YOUR responsibility to explain it to us.

I purchased 400 sh LINDE (sym LNEGY) 9-8-16.   On 9-21-17 LINDE changed it sym to LNAGF  and adjusted its shares to 40 with a higher price.

Enter this reverse stock split as two actions:

First edit the ticker symbol in the Security List.
Then record a Stock Split transaction, 40 new shares for 400 old shares of Linde.

This appears to be a rather straightforward use of the Corporate Acquisition transaction with LNAGF acquiring LNEGY at an exchange ratio of 1.54-to-1.

Don't know why you are seeing a 10-to-1 ratio. Ask your broker.
