I purchased 400 sh LINDE (sym LNEGY) 9-8-16. On 9-21-17 LINDE changed it sym to LNAGF and adjusted its shares to 40 with a higher price.

Enter this reverse stock split as two actions:

First edit the ticker symbol in the Security List.
Then record a Stock Split transaction, 40 new shares for 400 old shares of Linde.

This appears to be a rather straightforward use of the Corporate Acquisition transaction with LNAGF acquiring LNEGY at an exchange ratio of 1.54-to-1.

Don't know why you are seeing a 10-to-1 ratio. Ask your broker.
