Won't update any of my stock prices.

I can't update any of my stock prices.  I go through Download Activity and nothing happens. Doesn't matter if I select Quotes, Historical Prices or One Step Update. Nothing happens - no dialog box or anything. Acts as if no request was made. I have Quicken 2016.
