QWin: How do I send price alerts to my phone?

Quicken OnLine. I set up price alerts for securities. When it gets to a certain number I want to either sell or buy. Or at least review. So, I set up alerts. It never asked where to send the alert - to my cell phone or email. So, the past two days, two different alter possibilities happened and I did not receive an alert. Is this really supposed to alert you or is just something to look pretty?

The alerts are only in Quicken Desktop.  There is an Alerts Center On the Tools menu.  And I believe you can also add them to your Home tab.

These alerts are only triggered when you download quotes in Quicken Desktop.
I'm pretty sure Quicken Mobile doesn't have an alert system.  It can fetch the current prices though.

What's more these are 20 minute delayed quotes at best.

If you want alerts for making buy/sell decisions you should use some online service that provides that, not Quicken.
