Quicken 2017 won't update price for Verizon stock?

Quicken Preimer 2017 for Windows fails to update stock prices for Verizon. All other securities update properly and I have the correct ticker for Verizon (VZ).

If you looked at the list of stocks, does Verizon show as VZ or NYSE:VZ?

It shows as VZ. Changed it to NYSE:VZ on the stock list but that did not solve the problem. The only thing that changed was NYSE disappeared from the detail view of the stock.

The three criteria I keep citing are:

Valid ticker -- VZ is correct. CHECKED
Checked for downloads in the Security list - Ctrl-Y OPEN
Either owned in a Quicken account or checked in the security list as in the Watch List OPEN

Thanks. I marked it for download on the security list (CTRL-Y). Also found it was not on my watch list. One or both actions solved the problem.
