    Which version of Quicken are you using in Windows?

    Have you tried making a New Quicken File to see if the issue exists in a new environment?

    Harold,  Thanks for your help.  I am using home, business r9.34.  How do I make a new Quicken File?  I am also having trouble downloading capital one.  Jim

    Open Quicken then click on File > New Quicken File...  and establish a new Quicken file then in that file set up your Vanguard IRA Brokerage Account and attempt to connect to the account with Quicken.

    I have a Vanguard Roth IRA Brokerage Account that does communicate with Vanguard properly.
