Have you tried making a New Quicken File to see if the issue exists in a new environment?

Open Quicken then click on File > New Quicken File... and establish a new Quicken file then in that file set up your Vanguard IRA Brokerage Account and attempt to connect to the account with Quicken.Jim Twomey said:Harold, Thanks for your help.
