Have the Security Code Emailed to you and just copy and paste the code in by Ctrl-V once copied, into the proper field.

Also log into your Quicken Account at : https://www.quicken.com/

Sign in into your Quicken Account, then simply edit or change your phone numbers. You need to provide your current password to update the phone.number.
