I was charged for Bill Pay when I have Premier and was refused a refund because I did not do something correctly.
I than had another chat and was willing to cancel the service, I would have accepted as reasonable a pro-rata refund, but past 30 days you get nothing.
I have been a long tern customer of Quickens and Intuit and have never felt cheated by them.
I guess I am stuck until I can non-renew. They lost a loyal customer for $9.95 and poor customer service.
