Making an assumption here ... Quicken for Windows Home & Business and/or RPM
since Q Mac doesn't know about business functions (yet).
Select to print statements as you normally would.
Click the triangle button at "Layout", click on "<Edit>".
I'm assuming that your telephone number is part of the "Company address" (yours appears where I grayed out my address).
Edit it and click OK.
If you made changes to the "Statement Default" layout, you may want to save it as, e.g., Custom Statement (or any other name). Version upgrades in Quicken or reinstallations may on occasion reset changes made to default statements and invoices.

Thank you! Yes it is QHBRP 2018 on Windows 10. I've done this before, its been awhile, just forgot and its not really that easy to find. I could change it fine on Invoices, but on the statement for some reason it stayed the old #. Thanks again!Making an assumption here ... Quicken for Windows Home & Business and/or RPM

You're welcome and thanks for responding back. I'm glad to hear that you got your statement address updated.
Well, it sure would be nice if the Quicken programmers could make a change:- Store
the Company Address in one central location* and apply it to all
business forms, invoices, statements, etc., taking into consideration
that one may have more than one business needing separate Company
Addresses (e.g., "His Lawn Care", "Her Alterations").
* the Address Book, perhaps? Or in Manage Business Information?
