Quicken for Windows Home & Business and/or RPMsince Q Mac doesn't know about business functions (yet).Select to print statements as you normally would.Click the triangle button at "Layout", click on "<Edit>".I'm assuming that your telephone number is part of the "Company address" (yours appears where I grayed out my address).Edit it and click OK.If you made changes to the "Statement Default" layout, you may want to save it as, e.g., Custom Statement (or any other name). Version upgrades in Quicken or reinstallations may on occasion reset changes made to default statements and invoices.
