Quicken Home and Bus 2018 will not calculate or add sales tax. The Tax Account field does not appear

Quicken Home and Business Canada 2018 will not calculate sales tax. The Tax Account field does not appear at the bottom of the invoice form. When I print the Invoice the sales tax columns and subtotals are empty. I cannot change the default sales tax account. I cannot make an item taxable. My sales tax codes are setup and ready to go

Welcome to the Quicken Community! Thank you for taking the time to share the details of this issue, although I apologize that you have not yet received a response.

If you are still experiencing this issue, please right click on the "sales tax" account in the Account List that goes down either the Left or Right side of Quicken and select "Edit/Delete Account"

In the General tab of the Account Details window that opens, is the account selected for tax tracking?
