I am hoping I can use my online data to restore the Quicken data on my Mac.

    Sorry, no. The "Sync to Mobile" file is NOT a restorable backup of your Quicken data file. If you don't have a Time machine backup, I am afraid you will be starting from scratch.
    Backup to external storage media is highly recommended.
