Quicken 2019: Do you enter 401k Change in Market Value transactions in Quicken?

I have printed my transaction history from NetBenefits.com for my 401k account and it contained transaction type "Change in Market Value" with an Amount and # Shares or Units. Do I have to enter this transaction since it has # of units on it?

Thanks,
Marlon

I would not enter change in market value as transactions. Instead I would enter the security price for the date of the change in market value in the security's price history.

Quicken user since Q1999. Currently using QW2017.
