regions IRA

I just installed quicken 2019 premier and got an error message when trying to sync checking and savings, but the transactions still show up. My main issue is that I can't get IRA to show up. When I try to add the Regions IRA, quicken wants to link to a Regions Wealth Management site that's different from the banking site (https://www.regions.com/personal-banking) where my IRA is shown with the checking and savings. I don't have a separate Regions Wealth Management login and I view the IRA on the personal banking site.

Are you saying that this IRA account is a bank-maintained savings account and not a brokerage - maintained investment account?
You may want to try and set it up in Quicken as a savings account with your bank. Once set up, change the "Tax deferred" attribute to "Yes".
