quicken online has incorrect balance with capital one

Quicken online has an incorrect balance with my Capital One credit card.  Quicken online is off by nearly $2,500.  How do you troubleshoot something like this?

    We are aware of issues with the values being incorrect in the Quicken Mobile app and Quicken on the Web. 

    We are working on it, but there is no ETA for resolution.
