What version of Quicken are you currently using?

Are you using the Windows or Mac version? As the bank list differs between the 2.

Thank you for that additional information. I checked our Master List of supporting Financial Institutions and unfortunately, Nationwide Retirement Solutions is not listed, I apologize.

The account may be added and tracked manually but is not available to link to the Financial Institution for downloading account/transaction data.

If you would like to see downloads to Quicken supported, we would recommend submitting a request directly with Nationwide Retirement Solutions.
