You were nice enough to comment on my issues with Quick Pay last year. Unfortunately, the issues still exist, and I see comments from many other users with the same problems. That is, billers that are in your system don't really work with Quick Pay or sometimes they do and sometimes they don't. This causes two problems 1) You can't trust Quick Pay and 2) This forces the use of more Check Pay transactions which adds a monthly cost I did not have to pay with the old system. Again, I see from the community that this is a widespread and common problem and I think worthy of substantial effort to fix.
Certainly, the problem could be based in anything, but my speculation would be that there is something wrong with the process Quicken uses to stay in sync with billers. Thank you for whatever you can do.
