Is it possible to edit (delete) the factory headings list of names. Want to eliminate couple of names (ATM and PRINT CHECK) so that full list is visible when advance to column after entering date. Have been able to delete DEBIT and then re-enter because I want to use,

Sorry, no. The predefined entries in the Check # / Reference # column cannot be deleted or changed. You can add and delete only user-created entries.

Personally, I only use this column for check numbers and "Print" when I'm working with paper checks. Occasionally, there's DEPosit and XFER. Anything else I leave blank.
