How to add a non US stock symbol?

I'm on Quicken for Mac (2019) and can't seem to get quicken to find UK (or non US) based ETFs. 

One example is ISDU https://www.marketwatch.com/investing/fund/isdu?countrycode=uk

If I type ISDU the search results turn blank as soon as I type the D. Am I missing anything?

    AFAIK, yes. Quicken does not support quotes downloads or bank transaction downloads outside the US and Canada.
