Transfering Shares

When I went to transfer 325 into an account it said I didn't have enough shares in the host account.  Yet when I went to the host account and transferred 325 shares out it was fine.  Is this a bug?

    How are you doing these transfers?

    I believe the "Shares Transferred Between Accounts" function only operates from the sending account with the shares going to the therein specified receiving account.
