Mac or Windows?

The Mac version of 2019 will convert 2007 (Mac) files. Budgets and custom reports won't come through, though. But, transactions, accounts, etc. will.

EDIT: I cannot recall if they changed it where budgets are now preserved. In the past, they were not.
